Cliff Emmich

Clifford Emmich (born December 13, 1936) is an American television and film actor. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as well as the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Emmich made his film debut in the 1972 movie Payday. His biggest role, however, was as Mr. Garrett, the hospital security guard murdered by Michael Myers in the 1981 horror sequel Halloween II. His most recent film roles are in the 1999 films Inspector Gadget and Treehouse Hostage.

Emmich has made guest appearances in many television shows ranging from The Odd Couple, Starsky and Hutch, CHiPs, Knight Rider, Night Court and Walker: Texas Ranger. Emmich also appeared in the season five episode of Little House on the Prairie entitled The Man Inside, a role he has called his very favorite. In 2007, Emmich guest starred on the hit NBC drama Crossing Jordan.
