Lavell Webb (born August 31, 1975) known by his stage name City Spud, is a member of the rap music group St. Lunatics.

He's featured on Nelly's hit single "Ride Wit Me." He is Nelly's half-brother, and in 2000 was sentenced to 10 years imprisomnent for first-degree assault.^[1][2] Since then Nelly and the St. Lunatics have campaigned for his release. They have titled their group album Free City. In July 2008, he was released from prison.^{[citation needed]}
