Churchlands is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia located within the Local Government Area of the City of Stirling. Churchlands is an expensive suburb with most homes built after the 1980s. This suburb became known as "Churchlands" after being purchased by the Roman Catholic Church in 1891.

One of the main attractions of Churchlands is the large Herdsman Lake on the eastern border of the suburb. The lake is highly populated by many bird, amphibian and freshwater fish species. The lake is also a popular family destination and walking region.
