Christian Nadé (born 18 September 1984 in Montmorency) and is a French professional football player who currently plays for Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish Premier League.
[edit] Club careerNadé was born in Montmorency, France. He came through the ranks at ES Troyes AC, and made his debut for ES Troyes on 19 January 2000 against RC Strasbourg in the French Championnat. While with ES Troyes, he spent a six-month loan spell at Le Havre. He signed a three-year contract for Sheffield United on 27 June 2006 and scored on his debut for the club in a friendly against Rotherham United on 28 July after coming on as substitute for Rob Hulse in the 70th minute. He scored his first competitive goal for "the Blades" in a League Cup 2nd round tie against Bury at Bramall Lane on 19 September 2006. His first Premiership goal came on 30 December 2006 against Arsenal in a famous 1-0 win. It was the last goal of 2006 in English football. On 31 August 2007, Christian signed for SPL outfit Heart of Midlothian in a three-year deal. [1], On 6 June 2008, Neil Warnock, Nadé's manager at former club Sheffield United declared his interested in signing the striker for Crystal Palace.[2] During October 2009, Nadé revealed that his club form had been affected by personal problems off the field.[3]On Saturday November 21st 2009, he came back from a 29-week long nscoring run, by scoring one of the best Scottish goals of 2009. During the 2-1 loss to St. Johnstone, at Tynecastle, Nadé smashed the ball into the bottom corner from 35 yards. He followed it up a week later in a 2-1 win over Kilmarnock with a close-range header.
