Choti Bahu - Sinduur Bin Suhagan is a Hindi language Indian soap opera that airs on Zee TV channel. The series was supposed to start on November 10, 2008 but was delayed until December 8, 2008 due to the "Indian Television Strike" that began on November 9, 2008. As the name suggests, the concept focuses on the youngest daughter-in-law of the family.

Choti Bahu is the story of Radhika, the adopted daughter of a revered priest Pandit Brij Mohan Shastri and his beloved wife, Devki, who live in the pious city of Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, India. Although she is a dutiful daughter, a loving sister, and a Kanah Bakht, she is nothing more than a glorified servant to Amma, Pandit Shastri's mother. The plot revolves around Radhika's sacrifices to keep her family happy, and through it all, she finds refuge in Kanah. She is now formally married to Dev Raj Purohit and is the "choti bahu" of the Purohit family.[1]

Radhika refuses to stand up for herself and relies on Kanah to rescue her, but when it is a matter of protecting her family members, she discards the role of a wilting, weeping wallflower and displays surprising strength and savvy, with Kanah's help of course.

Dev is the heir apparent of the Purohit khandan and Radhika's charmingly devoted husband.
