The Chin Hills are a range of hills in northwestern Myanmar's Chin State, extending into India's Manipur state. They are also known as the Arakan Yoma range. The highest peak is Nat Ma Taung or Khonumthung (Mount Victoria) which reaches 3,053 meters (10,500 feet), a soil-based mountain located in Southern Chin State in the Union of Myanmar. The Chin Hills-Arakan Yoma montane forests ecoregion has diverse forests with pines, tea and teaks.

The Zotang Hills (Chin Hills or Lentang Mualdung) is populated by the Zomi people.

Falam is a town at the southern edge of the Zotang Hills (Chin hills). Like many cities in highland Myanmar, Falam is currently virtually inaccessible to foreign visitors due to the restrictions on travel imposed by the Myanmar government.^[1]

The Chin Hills connect to the Mizo Hills, and the Patkai Hills which stretch to Nagaland in India. Every year Myanmar Universities Hiking and Mountaineering Association practice their trekking in this region.^[2].
