Cheng, Jei-cheng 鄭瑞城 (born June 11, 1946), in Suao, Yilan, is the current Minister of Education^[1] of the Republic of China (Taiwan), serving in the cabinet of President Ma Ying-jeou. Prior to his appointment, Dr. Cheng served as president of National Chengchi University.
