Charlotte Adams (born 1859) was an Australian mountain climber. She became the first woman of European descent to climb to the peak of Mount Kosciuszko in February 1881, aged 21.^[1]

Adams was born in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia in 1859 to parents Edward Pattern Adams and Barbara Adams (née Bethune).

In February 1881, Adams accompanied her father on a surveying trip and became the first European woman to climb to the peak of Mount Kosciuszko.^[2]

The village of Charlotte Pass, New South Wales is named after her.
