Charley Roussel Fomen (born July 9, 1989 in Buea, Cameroon) is a Cameroonian football player who currently plays for French Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille.

Fomen began his career with Mount Cameroon who played his first 23 professional games, who scores five goals in the 2007/2008 season and joined than in summer 2008 to Panthère de Bangangté^[1]. After a successful year with Panthère de Bangangté he was scouted by Marseille on 17 April 2009^[2].
