Charles Harrison Nagy (born on May 5, 1967 in Bridgeport, Connecticut) is a former Major League Baseball all-star right-handed pitcher. He played for 14 seasons in the major leagues, from 1990 to 2003. His father's family is Hungarian (his father's family name Nagy means 'great', 'big' in Hungarian). His mother's family name is Harrison which is of Irish background.

Nagy attended Roger Ludlowe High School in Fairfield, Connecticut where he starred in baseball and football. He anchored a strong senior class laden with talent including Scott Rabacs. He attended the University of Connecticut.

As a young boy, he lived for a few years in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he played Little League and was coached by his uncle, Sanford Harrison.

He was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the first round he was the 17th pick of the 1988 amateur draft. He was a member of the 1988 USA Olympic baseball team. He played at the major league level from the 1990 through 2002 with Cleveland, and he finished fourth in the Cy Young Award voting in 1996. His last season, 2003, was with the San Diego Padres.

He was inducted in the Kinston Professional Baseball Hall of Fame in 2004, and the Cleveland Indians Team Hall of Fame on August 11, 2007. Charles is still with the Indians as an assistant to general manager, Mark Shapiro.
