Charles Wells Gipson Jr. (born December 16, 1972 in Orange, California) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder for the Seattle Mariners (1998-2002), New York Yankees (2003), Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2004), and Houston Astros (2005).

Gipson was a replacement player during the 1994 Major League Baseball strike. He helped the Mariners win the 2001 American League West Division, the Yankees win the 2003 American League Pennant and the Astros win the 2005 National League Pennant.

He is one of only seven players to have played at least 100 games and have more games played than at-bats.
