Chameleon is a record label for which Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz used to work. It was run by industry veterans Andy Frances and Steve Powers. It was funded bt Dan Protzker.

It also distributed very early Epitaph releases, an example being L7's self-titled debut.

In the last years of its existence, it was distribiuted by Elektra Records and had a subsidiary named Dali Records.
