The Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic (Czech: Poslanecká sněmovna Parlamentu České republiky, abbr. PS PČR, usually referred to as Poslanecká sněmovna) is the lower house of the Parliament of the Czech Republic; the other is the Senate.

It has 200 members, elected for a four-year term under the party-list proportional representation election system. Since the 2002 general election 14 constituencies (matching the regions) and the D'Hondt method have been used.

The seat of the Chamber of Deputies is situated in palaces of Malá Strana in Prague.

To be able to be elected a member of the Chamber, one must be a Czech citizen, and at least 21 years old.

Members serve four-year terms. Once elected, a member continues to serve until the expiry of their term, death, or resignation.

Situation in the Chamber of Deputies reflects the result of the last election held in 2006, that ended in deadlock. Both rightists and leftists control 100 seats. However, 2 MP's elected for ČSSD were excluded from their party for having expressed confidence in the newly formed rightist government.
