This category collects the articles on districts within the Auckland metropolitan area of northern New Zealand. The term district in this context is taken to mean a definable area of any size (such as a suburb or distinct usage zone), but not an individual building complex or street. Note that Auckland's suburbs are not officially defined by Council, and may therefore overlap somewhat.

The Auckland metropolitan area area is made up of Auckland City (excluding the Hauraki Gulf islands), North Shore City, and the urban parts of Waitakere and Manukau cities, along with Papakura District and some nearby urban parts of Rodney and Franklin Districts.
