Castel d'Azzano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verona in the Italian region Veneto, located about 110 km west of Venice and about 6 km southwest of Verona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 10,825 and an area of 10.0 km².[1]
The municipality of Castel d'Azzano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) La Rizza, San Martino, and Forette.
Castel d'Azzano borders the following municipalities: Buttapietra, Verona, Vigasio, and Villafranca di Verona.
