Carol Imhof (born March 13, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois)^[1] was an American model. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its December 1970 issue.^[2] Her centerfold was photographed by Dwight Hooker.^[1]

Imhof studied elementary education at Southern Illinois University and worked at the Playboy Club in Chicago.^[2] She also appeared in the July 1969 and February 1970 issues of Playboy.
