Cady Cantrell (born September 12, 1972 in Lanett, Alabama) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in April 1992 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos.

In 1993, Cady appeared in an episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ("Fresh Prince After Dark"), more or less playing herself, along with playmates Tawnni Cable, Samantha Dorman, Lorraine Olivia, Pia Reyes as well as Hugh Hefner himself.
