CBS Interactive (formerly CBS Digital Media Group) is an American company and is the division of the CBS Corporation which has responsibility for programming and ad sales for BNET.com, CBS.com, CBSMobile.com, CBSNews.com, CBSRadio.com, CBSSports.com, CHOW.com, cnet.com, CWTV.com, GameSpot.com, Last.fm, MaxPreps.com, metacritic.com, movietome.com, mp3.com, MySimon.com, NCAA.com, Search.com, TechRepublic.com, TheInsider.com, TV.com, UrbanBaby.com, VersionTracker.com and ZDNet.com. It is headed by former Allen & Co investment banker Quincy Smith.
