C28 is a faith based Christian clothing store that sells teen apparel, accessories, shoes, music and more. C28's stores are located mostly in the Southern & Northern California regions. It sells girls, girls plus, guys, and kids sizes. C28 sells brands like NOTW (Not of this World), 413 Strengthgear, Ezekiel, Souldog, and Truth Industries.

C28 has a unique mission in sharing the grace, truth, and love of Jesus Christ through their product and mall-based retail stores.

C28's primary retail locations are in California, with additional locations in Virginia and South Florida.
