The Buddhist Association of China (Chinese：中国佛教协会） is a major organization of Chinese Buddhism, which serves as the official supervisory organ of Buddhism in the People's Republic of China. It was founded in 1953, and its headquarters are located in Guangji Temple in Beijing. The current president is Venerable Master Yi Cheng, who was an organizer for the World Buddhist Forum, 2006.
