William Eldridge (Bucky) Brooks, Jr. (born January 22, 1971 in Raleigh, North Carolina) is a sportswriter covering the National Football League for Sports Illustrated[1] and a former professional football player[2]. He played for 5 NFL teams in a 5 year career, primarily as a kick returner[3].

Bucky Brooks is a frequent contributor to the NFL Networks "NFL Top 10" series and fantasy football shows. He also presents the "Drive of the Week" segment on the same channel.
