Brooke Wyckoff (born March 30, 1980) is an American professional basketball player.

A 6'1" forward from Florida State University, Wyckoff has played in the WNBA since 2001, competing for the Orlando Miracle, the Connecticut Sun, and, currently, the Chicago Sky. She competed with USA Basketball as a member of the 2000 Jones Cup Team that won the Gold in Taipei[1]. Through the 2008 WNBA season, she holds career averages of 3.1 points per game and 3.2 rebounds per game.

She played for Estudiantes in Spain during the 2008-09 WNBA off-season.[2]
