"Broken Home" is the sixteenth episode in the fifth season of the American crime drama CSI: Miami. The episode first aired on February 19, 2007.

Sixteen-year-old Heather Crowley is at the Montavos' house next door babysitting their twelve-year-old boy Justin. After a mysterious phone call, her father turns up at the doorstep covered in blood and collapses in front of her. The next day, Caine and his colleagues discover the body of Heather's mother in the backyard of the same house. Valuables are found to have been stolen from affluent families in the neighbourhood and the evidence seemingly points at the Montavos. Meanwhile, further investigations have put Heather's boyfriend Zack and a physician Dr. Lasker under suspicion for Mr. and Mrs. Crowley's murder as well. As the team prob in deeper for more information, they unexpectedly uncover several other unsolved cases.

During the episode, Eric has returned to work after making a full recovery. However he has to work through the after effects of the injury, including making rookie mistakes and nearly giving the murder the slip by mixing up water (H2O) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). His colleagues all keep a close eye on him to make sure he is ok.
