Brighton, Kemptown is a constituency covering the Kemptown district in the city of Brighton and Hove. It is represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It is currently a marginal seat between the Labour Party and the Conservatives.

Brighton Kemptown constituency includes Albion Hill, Bevendean, Bristol Estate, Coombe Road, Craven Vale, Eastern Road, Kemp Town, Manor Farm, Meadowview, the Marina, Moulsecoomb, Ovingdean, Queens Park, Peacehaven, Roedean, Rottingdean, Saltdean, St James's Street, Tarner, Telscombe Cliffs, Whitehawk and Woodingdean.

At the next General Election, Hartington Road and Elm Grove will move into the Brighton Pavilion constituency.

Created in 1950 when the single constituency of Brighton was split into two separate seats, this constituency underwent boundary changes in the 1955 and 1983 boundary reviews, but not in the 1974 boundary review. Labour won the seat by just 7 votes in the 1964 general election, and increased its majority in 1966, but lost the seat again in 1970 and did not win it again until 1997. Dennis Hobden, the victor in 1964, was not just the constituency's first Labour MP but the first Labour MP to be elected in Sussex.

In 1997, the boundary review moved the town of Peacehaven, a semi-rural area, into the constituency. This was thought to favour the Conservatives, but instead Labour gained the seat in their landslide victory, and have held on since. The Greens do not do as well here as in the neighbouring Brighton Pavilion constituency.
