Brenton Adcock is a former Australian rules footballer who played 259 games with Sturt in the SANFL from 1962 to 1974.

Adcock was a key member of the Sturt defence in a prolific era for the club, playing in a sequence of five successive premierships starting in 1966 and ending in 1970. Usually occupying a back pocket, it was in that position that he was named in Sturt's official 'Team of the Century'. His last SANFL game for Sturt was their 1974 Grand Final win to finish his career with six premierships.

At interstate level Adcock was a regular representative for South Australia, with some of his 20 state games taking place at the 1966, 1969 and 1972 carnivals. He was selected into the All-Australian team in the 1966 Hobart Carnival.
