Brent and Harrow is a constituency represented in the London Assembly.

It consists of the combined area of the London Borough of Brent and the London Borough of Harrow. In elections to Westminster the London Borough of Brent has two Labour MP's and one Liberal Democrat MP, and the London Borough of Harrow has 2 Labour MPs. In addition Harrow Council is run by a Conservative administration, whilst Brent is Liberal Democrat led.

Brent and Harrow is the most marginal constituency seat in the Assembly, and the only one to have changed hands since the Assembly's formation, with Labour losing the seat to the Conservatives at the 2004 election, but regaining it at the next election in 2008. However, Enfield and Harringey has been held by Labour with a slimmer majority at all three elections.
