Bovis Homes Group plc (LSE: BVS) is a second tier national British housebuilding company based in New Ash Green, Kent. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

The Company was founded in 1965 as a subsidiary of Bovis Construction, a construction management company, which was itself bought by P&O in late 1974.[1] The Company bought Britannia Homes in 1996 and was demerged from P&O in 1997.[1]

Bovis Homes builds a wide range of properties from one bedroom properties up to six bedroom executive houses. It has a specialist retirement living division and also undertakes design and build work for housing associations.
Bovis sponsored Oldham Athletic Football Club during the 1990s; around the time that Oldham were Football League Cup runners-up and Football League Second Division champions.
