Hip hop is quite a new style of music for Bosnia and Herzegovina, but it has nevertheless proven very popular. The scene has coalesced around several major portals on the Internet. The center of hip hop and hip hop culture being Tuzla, thanks to FMJAM and their crew, with the big help of Edo Maajka.

The most famous rapper in Bosnia-Herzegovina is Edo Maajka, who extended the Bosnian rap scene throughout Europe; others include Frenkie, HAMZA and Disciplinska Komisija.
