The Border Agreement between Poland and the USSR of 16 August 1945 refers to the agreement between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) and the Republic of Poland on the Polish-Soviet border

The agreement concerned border adjustment between Poland and the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic of the USSR, as the Belastok Voblast was divided into Soviet Brest Voblast, Hrodna Voblast and Polish Białystok Voivodeship.

The agreement was signed in Moscow on 16 August 1945. It was signed for the Republic of Poland by Edward Osóbka-Morawski, and for the USSR by Vyacheslav Molotov.

The exchange of ratified documents occurred on 5 February 1946 in Warsaw, and from that date the agreement was in force.
