Blank Rome LLP (formerly known as Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley^[1]) is a full-service international law and government affairs firm. It is ranked as the 84th largest law firm in the United States in terms of revenue, according to the AmLaw 100 Survey.^[2] Blank Rome employs more than five hundred lawyers, and has eight offices in the United States: Philadelphia; New York City; Cincinnati, Ohio; Princeton, New Jersey; Wilmington, Delaware; Boca Raton, Florida; Washington, D.C.; and Los Angeles, CA. In October 2006, the firm opened its first office abroad, in Hong Kong.

Blank Rome was founded in 1946.^[3] The firm has previously merged with three other firms: Wigman, Cohen, Leitner & Myers in 1998; Dyer, Ellis & Joseph in 2003,^[4], and Healy & Baillie in 2006.^[3]
