Blaine Elwood Bishop (born July 24, 1970 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is a former professional American football safety in the National Football League. Bishop went to Cathedral High School and then college football at Ball State University. He was drafted in the eighth round (214 overall) of the 1993 NFL Draft by the Houston Oilers. Bishop went on to have a successful NFL career, earning Pro Bowl status four times in 1995, 1996, 1997, and 2000. He was also recognized as one of the NFL's premier hitting safeties during his tenure with the Oilers/Tennessee Titans. He currently works for the Titans Radio Network in Nashville doing pre and postgame commentary on 103 WKDF. He can also be heard on Titan game days at www.titansradio.com.
