Blackie

Location of Blackie in Alberta

Blackie is an unincorporated settlement in Alberta, Canada.

It is located in the Municipal district of Foothills, approximately 70 km southeast of Calgary and has a population of about 400.

Blackie was incorporated as a village, but dissolved as such in 1997, when it amalgamated with the municipal district. The hamlet is since administered by the Municipal district of Foothills.^[1]
