Biotechnology industrial park (BIP, also called Bio-industrial park, Eco-industrial Clusters, bioincubators) is a special form of industrial park that specialized in biotechnology.

Such industrial park usually hosted a cluster of companies that they together function as a biorefinery^[1]. A biorefinery is a biomass equivalent of an oil refinery, that these companies refines bio materials like soil or wasted oils and produces an array of bioproducts^[1].
