Billy Davies (played by Gray O'Brien) is a fictional character in the BBC Scotland soap, River City.

Billy was the owner of the Moda Vida salon in Shieldinch, having moved there from Spain with his then wife Della McDonagh, whom he lost in a bet to a friend Lewis, who then got her pregnant (Billy being sterile). Having cheated on his wife with Kelly-Marie Adams, he reluctantly entered into a relationship with Jo Rossi and grew to care for her and asked her to marry him. He was delighted when she fell pregnant, believing the fertility results to be inaccurate. However, Jo then ran off with a man - the father of her unborn baby - whom she had believed to be her half-brother. (However, Luca had lied to Jo and there were no genetic links at all.)Eventually Billy left Shieldinch for greener pastures.
