Big Town Hero is an American sandwich restaurant chain based in Oregon. The company was founded as "Campus Hero" in 1981 by Jim Jeter and is owned by Hero Systems, Inc. Their slogan is "The Ultimate Sandwich!"

As of 2009, the company had 40 locations in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Texas.^[1][2]

The company is known for its bread, which is made fresh from scratch every morning in stores. The stores also strive to get the freshest ingredients from local providers.
