Ben Lowe born 13 March 1985 in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia is a rugby league player for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NRL.

Ben Lowe's position of choice is in the second-row. In his debut game he scored the first try of the match in the Rabbitohs Round 2 25-12 loss to the Bulldogs in 2008. In Round 25 of 2009 he scored a try in the Rabbitohs 41-6 flogging od the St George Illawarra Dragons.

Lowe is the younger brother of fellow Rabbitoh Jaiman Lowe.
