Beconase is a brand of corticosteroid nasal spray used for the relief of allergy symptoms. It is sold by GlaxoSmithKline. The typical dose is two sprays to each nostril twice a day. The active ingredient is beclometasone dipropionate (also called "beclomethasone dipropionate").
