Beaumont Hills is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Beaumont Hills is located 40 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the The Hills Shire. Beaumont Hills was formerly part of the suburb of Kellyville, as was Kellyville Ridge. Beaumont Hills became a separate suburb in 2002. Beaumont Hills was developed as a low-density residential suburb in a time frame similar to Kellyville.

Beaumont Hills is a newly-developed suburb featuring a number of housing estates. 'The Sanctuary' located to the west is fronted by a natural creek reserve. 'The Outlook' is at the centre. The suburb is developed with a range of house styles while still offering a quiet lifestyle. Turkey Nest Park on the highest point has panoramic views all the way to the Blue Mountains.

Beaumont Hills shopping centre opened in May 2009 and features a Super IGA supermarket and 11 specialty shops such as a bakery, hairdresser, real estate agent, Chinese restaurant, bottle shop, chemist and medical centre.

Hillsbus provide several bus routes that run through Beaumont Hills (Mungarie Road, The Parkway, Brampton Drive) on a regular basis. - Route 617X is a city direct service (generally half hourly during peak times) from Beaumont Hills to Wynyard and the QVB via the Nothhwest Bus T-Way and M2 Motorway. The return service from the city can be taken from Beaumont Hills to the Rouse Hill Town Centre. - Route 610 is also a city service but goes via Castle Hill before proceeding to the city via the M2 - Bus services are also provided to other nearby business and retail centers such as Parramatta, Norwest Business Park, Blacktown
