Baby Shop AS is one of Norway's largest and oldest store chain of baby stores. The store chain consists of 10 stores located mostly in the Greater Oslo Region of Norway. The chain is very popular with Norwegian celebrities, including the Norwegian Royal Family, and is a popular attraction for tourists wanting to find Norwegian quality.

The company sells strollers, baby carriages, car seats, baby beds, baby clothing and accessories.

The chain used to be a part of the larger Sportshuset store chain, but parted from the store chain in 2007.

Baby Shop AS first started out as a department of the discount sporting goods store Sportshuset in 1968. The establishment of the department happened almost by accident as the store manager was unaware that they were going into the business when the first baby carriages appeared on their doorstep. The reason for this being that the persons in charge of the products in the store were out on business travels and had forgot to inform the store manager of their new endeavor.

The new department quickly received attention as the location was close to the women's clinique at the Norwegian hospital Rikshospitalet.

In 1992 Baby Shop as was formed and started its own chain of stores separate from the Sportshuset stores. Most of the Baby Shop stores are located next to a Sportshuset store.

Baby Shop has 6 stores in the Greater Oslo Region. Two of the stores are located close to Oslo's main shopping area. The store in Ullevålsveien, famous for having customers like the Princess Märtha Louise of Norway, lies only a short five minute bus or taxi ride from the most busy shopping street in Oslo , Karl Johans Gate. The store in Hammersborggt lies only a five minute walk from one of Oslos largest shopping centres Oslo City.
