Baby It's Me is a 1977 album released by American singer Diana Ross on the Motown label. The album was produced by famed rock producer Richard Perry, helping to underscore the artist's level of comfort in diverse musical settings from pop to r&b to adult contemporary and finally into disco territory. The singles released on the LP include "Gettin' Ready for Love", "You Got It", and "All Night Lover".

It's considered by some fans an underrated album, despite being released at the height of Ross's 70s popularity.
