BBC Yorkshire is one of the English regions of the BBC. It was formed from the division of the former BBC North region into BBC Yorkshire and BBC Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, based in Hull.

BBC Yorkshire's television output consists of the flagship regional news service Look North, the topical magazine programme Inside Out and a 20-minute opt-out during the weekly Politics Show.

The region is the controlling centre for BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Radio York and BBC Radio Sheffield.

The three stations simulcast networked programming on late Sunday to Friday nights with Radio York also carrying programming from BBC North East and Cumbria.

BBC Yorkshire also produces regional news & local radio pages for Ceefax and local BBC Where I Live websites for each county.

The regional headquarters and television centre is at St. Peter's Square in Quarry Hill, Leeds with local radio studios and television bureaux also located in the National Media Museum in Bradford, York and Sheffield. The BBC Leeds Studios recently relocated from their previous site on Woodhouse Lane into the new, larger premises on St Peter's Square.
