Atos Origin, SA (Euronext: ATO) is an international information technology corporation which operates in 40 countries worldwide, with over 50,000 employees.

The corporate headquarter is located in Paris, France. Atos Origin is registered in France, and quoted on Euronext Paris stock exchange as Atos Origin, Atos Worldline and Atos Consulting. Its CEO is Thierry Breton.

The company's core business areas are Information Technology, Medical Services, and Business Consulting.

Atos Origin is the official worldwide information technology partner of the Olympic Games, having provided and run all IT infrastructure for the Olympic Games in Beijing.

In the UK, Atos Origin created a division called Atos Healthcare in 2007. Atos Healthcare combines consulting, technology and healthcare. Under the medical services portfolio, Atos Origin runs two commuter walk-in clinics for the NHS of Great Britain, as well as providing medical assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions in the UK. In 2007, Atos Origin announced an impairment of its businesses in the UK and Italy of between 350 and 400 million Euro. At the same time, it announced a 270 million Euro restructuring plan with an emphasis on offshoring.

The company has operations and partnerships worldwide but is primarily European-based. The company has also identified Asia as a growth market. The company logo is a surgeonfish: the powder blue tang.

By April 2008, two large shareholders, the hedge funds Centaurus Capital and Pardus Capital, have proposed the election of the previously ousted ex-CEO of Atos Origin, Bernard Bourigeaud, and a shareholder rights activist to the company’s supervisory board. The present CEO has openly reprimanded the hedge funds for their activities.

In February 2009, Atos Origin announced a new organisation and a TOP Program aimed at accelerating margin improvement by increasing efficiency and operating globally.
