Aton Capital is one of the oldest investment banks in Russia.

Aton offers a wide range of investment, brokerage, asset management, corporate finance and merger and acquisition services on both Russian and international markets.

Aton Capital Group of Companies also has presence in New York, via Aton Securities Inc. which is registered with the SEC, and a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD); and in Europe, through Aton International Ltd., a member of London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB).

December 20, 2006 Aton Capital announced that it sold 100% of its institutional business which includes ZAO Aton Broker and Aton International Ltd (together, the “Aton Institutional Business”) to Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG (“BA-CA”), a member of UniCredit Group, for US$ 424 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2007, subject to certain regulatory approvals.
