This is a Spanish name; the first family name is Prats and the second is Cervera. Antonio 'Toni' Prats Cervera (born September 9, 1971 in Capdepera, Palma, Majorca) is a former Spanish footballer, who played as a goalkeeper.
[edit] Football careerAfter emerging through hometown RCD Mallorca's youth system (appearing in one La Liga match in 1991-92, a 1-2 home loss to Athletic de Bilbao) and playing one season with Celta de Vigo, Prats finally settled at Seville side Real Betis, where he played for nine seasons. Ironically, in 1999-2000, as Betis were relegated, Prats found the net twice, against Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid (respectively 2-1 win and defeat), through free kicks. In 2005-06, Prats returned to Mallorca for a further two seasons, before the emergence of Miguel Àngel Moyà forced a move to Spanish second division's Hércules CF, where he was scarcely used, retiring in March 2008 following recurrent back problems.[1] [edit] Honours[edit] References[edit] External links | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
