Anti-violence refers to actions taken by those who seek to end violence, whether locally to them, in another part of the world, in regards to some specific conflict, or in general. The National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs^[1] and the Kansas City Anti-Violence Project^[2] are two examples of anti-violence organizations. The peace movement bears similarities.
