Anson Montgomery is the author of four books in the original Choose Your Own Adventure series, Everest Adventure, Snowboard Racer, Moon Quest (to be reissued in 2008 by Chooseco) and Cyber Hacker. His latest book is the first in a new Choose Your own Adventure series, The Golden Path. The Golden Path Volume 1 is titled Into the Hollow Earth.

Anson is the son of writers R. A. Montgomery and Constance Cappel, and brother of Ramsey Montgomery. He lives and works in Warren, Vermont with his family. He is a graduate of the Groton School and of Williams College.
