Anisoptera grossivenia is a species of plant in the Dipterocarpaceae family. The name grossivenia is derived from Latin (grossus = an unripe fig and venius = veined) and refers to the purple lateral veins of the leaf blade. A. grossivenia is a tall emergent tree, up to 60 m, found in mixed dipterocarp forest and its ecotone to kerangas forests (Ashton 2004). It is endemic to Borneo. It occurs in at least two protected areas (Bako National Park and Lambir National Park), elsewhere it is endangered due to habitat loss.
