Anais Granofsky (born May 14, 1973, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actress and director.

Granofsky, whose mother is Black and whose father is Jewish, is best known as Lucy Fernandez in the Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High series. She also appeared in the series finale movie School's Out. Her character is injured in a drunk-driving accident, left partially blind, and is unable to walk without a cane.

Today Anais appears sporadically in the spin-off series Degrassi: The Next Generation. She still plays the character of Lucy.

She now stars in a Silk commercial.
