American Male is a chain of day spas franchised by the Raylon Corporation.^[1] American Male is unique in the fact that they market specifically to male clients. Tapping such an unusual niche market has garnered the company a fair amount of media attention.^[2][3][4]

The first location was opened in 1997, and as of May 2009, American Male has 12 locations in California, Illinois, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.^[1] The company's headquarters is located in Reading, Pennsylvania.
