Allama Ali Khan Abro (urdu علامه علي خان ابڑو): was the famous scholar and educationist from Sindh who wrote the Sindhi translation of Quran and intended to give the Qur’an a practical contemporary interpretation. He wrote many books on different social and literary topics. Renowned short story writer Jamal Abro was his son, while researcher and journalist Badar Abro is his grandson
